 Description: Noosa Realty Service opened in Thomas St Noosaville in 2001 and made the decision to be independent of the franchises and marketing groups, soon after opening an additional new office at Poinciana Ave Tewantin in 2003. Our aim has always been to act in the best interests of our clients in the Noosa area and to achieve the highest price possible for our clients in the marketplace. We will always give professional and honest advice. The company was started by Richard Locke, a Licensed Agent and Auctioneer since 1984 with many industry awards for high sales achievement. Richard's focus is meeting his clients’ needs and ensuring the office continues to improve the services we provide. Owner of 2 successful Real Estate businesses in Sydney before moving to Noosa and fulfilling a lifelong dream to live in a beautiful natural environment. Experienced in both commercial and residential sales, most of Richard's business now comes from referrals and existing clients.
