Orion Consulting is a small team, providing strategic and technical support to government agencies and corporate business. We work with our client’s one on one, to develop in-house solutions specific to the challenges of each situation.

We have a strong technical understanding of regional council and state organisation business functions, management processes, and systems for performance management. We can provide support in the workflow modelling of business processes, and provide direction in the integration of corporate systems.

We can also assist in the management, coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary team projects, or provide support as a team member on an individual project basis.

At a strategic level, we can assist in the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks, to service the present needs of an organisation whilst progressing their future social and legislative responsibilities.

Orion Consulting specialises in the management of change and planning for the future. We can engage with our clients as a member of a project team or project lead specific segments of work. Our aim is to provide practical support during periods of corporate change and fundamentally, to empower people to empower others.
